Location
Kraagenes farm is located 3 km from Farsund town center, and 90 km west of Kristiansand.
The cottages are situated in a scenic area overlooking Kraagenes lake. The lake has many species of water birds. Approximately 100 meter from the cottages there is a swimming area and rowboats
that the guests can use. The nearest supermarked is about 1 km away.
Great swimming
Some of the most picturesque white sand beaches (more than 10 km) in the south of Norway lies
only 2 km away. There are many nice bays and shallow beaches with breathtaking waterfront. The water and the sand is clean and it is a paradise for children and adults.
Boat hire
Free rowboats are located in the lake. Small motor boats are available for hiring, for use in the sea.
Fishing and diving
In the local area there are good fishing possibilities in
fresh water and salt water, from land or sea. River Lygna is 18 km away. The fishing cards are cheap, and the river is well known for its good salmond fishing. Exciting diving spots with good water
quality is close by. The surroundings are beautiful both under water and on land.
